Residential Calm
A home that softens the day — layered light, warm timber and quiet corners for family life.
Oak · linen · brushed brass
Residential Calm explores what a home feels like when it is designed to lower the temperature of a busy day. The concept starts with light — soft, layered, never flat — and lets material warmth do the rest.
Oak underfoot and across joinery gives the space a grounded warmth; linen softens the surfaces the body touches; brushed brass adds a single restrained note of luxury at the details. Nothing shouts. The palette is chosen for how it ages into the home rather than how it reads on the first day.
Planning is built around quiet corners — a reading nook, a window seat, a place to put the day down — so the home offers retreat as well as gathering. It is a study in restraint: the calm comes from what is left out as much as what is put in.
